  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • Fresh fruit (such as berries or banana slices) for topping
  • Maple syrup for serving
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Place the quartered Hawaiian rolls snugly in the baking dish.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and bubbly.
  5. Gently pour the egg mixture over the rolls.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  7. Allow the roll mixture to rest for about 10 minutes.
  8. Slide the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
