A delightful treat that combines dark chocolate, sweet dates, and crunchy nuts, perfect for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup nuts (such as almonds or walnuts), chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the chopped dates and half of the nuts.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining nuts and shredded coconut on top, pressing them down slightly.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle a little sea salt over the top.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  8. Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
