  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Brown the diced chicken breasts in the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix the heavy cream and shredded cheese in a separate bowl until well combined.
  5. Layer the diced potatoes in a baking dish, followed by the cooked chicken and garlic mixture.
  6. Pour the creamy cheese mixture over the layered ingredients.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra cheesy finish, sprinkle more cheese on top in the last few minutes of baking.
