  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a cozy 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gather the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Incorporate the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt, mixing until smooth.
  4. Add the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until combined.

Notes

For a quicker prep, use frozen spinach and canned artichoke hearts. Rotisserie chicken can speed things up, too.
