A creamy and cheesy spinach and artichoke dip that’s perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Chop the fresh spinach and artichoke hearts, and mince garlic if using.
  3. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add half of the shredded mozzarella, all of the Parmesan, spinach, artichokes, and garlic to the cream mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and add lemon juice if desired. Stir again.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly and topping with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
