  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each strip of bacon in half and set aside.
  3. Combine the ground pork, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and barbecue sauce in a large bowl. Mix well.
