A quick and easy one-pan dinner featuring kielbasa, sweet potatoes, and broccoli in a honey garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 4 small Yukon gold potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 small red onion, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for sauce)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano. Set aside 1-2 tbsp of the sauce for serving later.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp of olive oil on the prepared sheet pan. Add the sweet potato and Yukon gold potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the sliced kielbasa sausage on the sheet pan with the potatoes. Brush the kielbasa and potatoes with the honey garlic sauce.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes begin to soften and the kielbasa starts to brown.
  6. Add the broccoli florets to the pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the broccoli is vibrant and tender-crisp.
  7. Drizzle the reserved honey garlic sauce over everything and serve hot.
