Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the sliced kielbasa for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Add the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve hot.
