Simple and delicious homemade crackers made with just two ingredients: cottage cheese and almond flour.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: herbs or spices (garlic powder, rosemary, paprika)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, salt, and optional herbs or spices in a medium bowl until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper, place another sheet on top, and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Remove the top parchment paper and cut the rolled dough into squares or desired shapes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Allow them to cool completely on a wire rack for extra crispiness.
  7. Serve as a snack or with your favorite dips like hummus, guacamole, or salsa.

Notes

For extra flavor, experiment with different herbs and spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
