A delightful and hearty Italian Grinder Sandwich filled with cured meats, provolone cheese, and fresh veggies, drizzled with a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 Hoagie rolls
  • 4 oz Capicola
  • 4 oz Salami
  • 4 oz Mortadella
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the capicola, salami, mortadella, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
  3. Add the crisp lettuce, juicy tomato slices, and thinly sliced onion.
  4. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle this dressing over the toppings.
  6. Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll and press down gently.
