  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
