  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, melted butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the broccoli florets if using, and fold gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Can be baked a day in advance.
