Instructions

  1. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the Pork: Add the ground pork, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  3. Sauté Garlic and Ginger: Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix in the Veggies: Add the chopped cabbage and carrot to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Season and Cook: Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
