  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in olive oil and then coat it with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden-brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
