Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (5-7 minutes).
