  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the honey and egg until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, lavender, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until the dough comes together.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
