Crispy on the outside and rich on the inside, these Lobster & Crab Butter Bombs are a luxurious appetizer perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped lobster meat, shredded crab meat, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Mix in the parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon and form into small balls or bombs.
  6. Roll each butter bomb in the breadcrumbs.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil over the top.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the formed bombs before baking to help maintain their shape.
