Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns or New England-style rolls
  • Butter for toasting buns
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well until combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt some butter.
