  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Cook the lobster meat and scallops in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes, until the scallops are opaque and cooked through.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine in the skillet with the seafood and sauce until well combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
