A light and healthy alternative to traditional pizza crust that uses cottage cheese and almond flour for a fluffy texture.

  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, and egg in a large bowl. Add almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture onto a lined baking sheet into a round crust, about ½ inch thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm.
  5. Add your desired toppings and bake again for another 10 minutes.

Notes

For best texture, use smooth cottage cheese. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices. Can be grilled instead of baked.
