  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix in a bowl the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
