  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 6 slices genoa salami
  • 6 slices capicola or ham
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone or Italian cheese blend
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, rolling it into a rectangle about 10×14 inches.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border, and layer with salami, capicola, pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone.
  4. Roll the dough starting from the longer side, tucking in the sides to keep fillings inside, and pinch the seam to seal it.
  5. Brush the top with beaten egg, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  7. Let the Stromboli rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
