Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 buttery brioche buns

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine the seasoned beef, barbecue sauce, and beef broth in a slow cooker.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Shred the beef and mix it back into the sauce.
  5. Prepare the coleslaw by mixing coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
  6. Toast the brioche buns lightly, if desired.
  7. Assemble the sliders with shredded beef and coleslaw on the buns.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover beef and slaw separately in airtight containers. Beef lasts up to 4 days and slaw up to 2 days in the fridge.
