Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture with a bit of cheddar cheese into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley.
