Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the cucumbers thinly, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Mix the dressing by combining Greek yogurt or sour cream with lemon juice and chopped dill.
  3. Toss the sliced cucumbers into the creamy dressing until well coated.

Notes
