  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and place them on your kitchen counter.
  2. Dice the ripe mangoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice the red bell pepper thinly.
  4. Shred the red cabbage and carrots.
  5. Chop the fresh cilantro.
  6. Mix the lime juice, honey (if using), salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  7. Combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro in a large bowl.
  8. Dress the slaw with the lime dressing and toss gently.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
