  • 1 cup brown rice or quinoa
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
