A visually stunning and refreshing mocktail combining tropical flavors with a hint of magic.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lemonade
  • 1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower tea
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 pinch edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Steep the butterfly pea flower tea in hot water for about 3 minutes.
  2. Combine coconut water, pineapple juice, lemonade, agave syrup, and lime juice in a pitcher.
  3. Pour in the prepared blue butterfly pea tea and stir until mixed.
  4. Muddle the mint leaves in the pitcher to release their oils.
  5. Fill serving glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice in each glass.
  7. Top each glass with sparkling water for a layered effect.
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of edible glitter into each glass and stir gently.
  9. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wheel before serving.

Notes

For best results, enjoy fresh; store the base without mint and sparkling water for up to 24 hours.
