  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grill the corn on a hot grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly charred.
  2. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and chili powder in a bowl.
