Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before using)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Shape each portion into oblong kebabs around the skewers.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or a refreshing salad.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the ground beef for a couple of hours or even overnight. Adjust spices to taste, or swap beef for lamb or turkey.
