Deliciously creamy deviled eggs with crispy bacon and a hint of tangy vinegar, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon (optional)
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan, covering with water, and bringing to a gentle boil. Cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Quick cool the eggs by transferring them to a bowl of ice water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs under cold running water to make it easier.
  4. Prepare the filling by slicing the eggs in half lengthwise and removing the yolks. Mash the yolks in a mixing bowl.
  5. Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Add chopped green onions and crumbled bacon, stirring well and adjusting seasoning as needed.
  7. Assemble by spooning or piping the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and garnish with paprika and parsley.

Notes

Best served fresh, though leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
