Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  2. Add the wet ingredients: Pour in 2 tablespoons of milk, along with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir gently until smooth.
  3. Pour into your mug: Carefully pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug.
  4. Make the crumble topping: In another bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle and bake: Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the batter in the mug and microwave for 1 minute.
  6. Check for doneness: If gooey, microwave for another 15 seconds.
