These ground chicken meatballs are quick to prepare, bursting with flavor, and perfect for a family meal or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ground chicken, eggs, milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 20 meatballs, approximately the size of golf balls, and place them on the lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.

Notes

Great served with spaghetti or as a meatball sub. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days in the refrigerator.
