  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (tops removed)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Crushed graham crackers (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, almond milk, strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a jar or bowl and whisk in the chia seeds.
  3. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, top with crushed graham crackers.
