  • 35 lb beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 58 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Place the beef chuck roast in a large roasting pan.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  4. Add the unsalted butter on top of the roast.
  5. Incorporate the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
  6. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and roast for 4-6 hours.
  7. Serve warm with your preferred sides.
