Healthy and energizing no bake granola bars, perfect for breakfast on-the-go or a nutritious snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits
  • 1/4 cup seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine oats and nuts in a bowl.
  3. Mix in dried fruits and seeds.
  4. Stir in nut butter and sweetener.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Press into the pan.
  7. Chill to set for at least an hour.
  8. Slice and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, wrap individual bars in plastic wrap and freeze for up to three months.
