A refreshing and vibrant sangria made with crisp green apples, fresh citrus, and sparkling water, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 2 cups of green apple, sliced
  • 1 cup of green grapes, halved
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cups of sparkling water or soda
  • 1/4 cup of sugar (optional)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits by combining the sliced green apples, green grapes, orange, and lemon in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in the bottle of white wine over the fruit.
  3. Add the optional sugar if desired and stir until it dissolves.
  4. Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Add sparkling water or soda and ice just before serving.
  6. Stir gently and garnish with additional fruit if desired.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute wine with white grape juice and add club soda. Experiment with different fruits for variations.
