  • 1 package potato gnocchi (Use store-bought for convenience.)
  • 3 cloves garlic (Fresh minced garlic preferred.)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated.)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (Extra virgin.)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (Chopped.)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  3. Carefully add the potato gnocchi and sauté for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring, and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan and lemon zest to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Taste and add salt and black pepper to your preference.
  7. Finish by stirring in the chopped parsley.
