Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon zest or chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by halving them and tossing with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Roast the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet until crispy, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese in the last few minutes of baking and allow to melt.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest or parsley after removing from oven.
  6. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
