A healthy twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, featuring tender steak and colorful veggies over cauliflower rice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings (e.g., jalapeños, mushrooms, garlic, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef steak and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized, around 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cauliflower rice, mixing it well with the beef and vegetables. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, adjusting to your liking.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and top the mixture with shredded provolone cheese. Cover until the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve the cheesesteak mixture hot, customizing with your favorite toppings.
