1 pound ground turkey
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
1/2 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the ground turkey and onion over medium heat until the turkey is cooked through.
Stir in the spinach and cook just until wilted.
Combine the cooked turkey mixture with cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, rice or quinoa, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
