Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Pepperoni
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Egg wash (1 egg mixed with a splash of water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grab your pizza dough and place it on a floured surface. Roll it out into a nice, even sheet about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the dough into manageable rectangles, about 4 by 6 inches.
  4. Place a few slices of pepperoni and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on one side of each rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top of the cheese and pepperoni.
  6. Gently fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together tightly to seal.
  7. Using a brush, apply the egg wash to the tops of the rolls.
  8. Place the sealed rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Once out of the oven, let your pizza rolls cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
