  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets (steamed and dried)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Ground Chicken In a large skillet, sauté the ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess liquid.
  2. Steam the Broccoli While the chicken cooks, steam your broccoli florets until bright green and tender. Once done, pat them bone-dry with a towel to prevent sogginess.
  3. Combine Ingredients In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, dried broccoli, blended cottage cheese, onion powder, and garlic salt. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Assemble the Bake Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake to Perfection Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
