  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme)

Instructions

  2. Brown the meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Set the browned meatballs aside on a plate.
  4. Make the gravy base by sprinkling flour in the same skillet and stirring for 1 minute, then gradually adding beef broth.
  5. Simmer the meatballs in the gravy for about 20 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then mashing with cream, butter, and herbs.
  7. Serve the meatballs over garlic herb mashed potatoes with gravy poured on top.

Notes
