A savory dish featuring flaky salmon fillets stuffed with a luxurious mixture of crab and shrimp, topped with a creamy lemon sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet carefully. Generously stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed salmon fillets on each side for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer the seared salmon to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. While the salmon bakes, heat heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat. Add lemon zest and let it simmer until it thickens slightly.
  7. Once the salmon is done, serve it topped with the creamy lemon sauce.
