Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños, sliced
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ranch dressing
4 hamburger buns
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the jalapeño popper filling by mixing the softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, and sliced jalapeños in a small bowl. Set aside.
Form burger patties by dividing the ground beef into 8 equal portions, flattening each into thin patties, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Stuff the patties by placing a spoonful of the jalapeño popper mixture in the center of one patty, topping with another patty, and pressing the edges to seal.
Cook the burgers on a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheddar cheese during the last minute.
Toast the hamburger buns on the skillet or grill until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by spreading ranch dressing on the bottom buns and placing the burgers inside.
Indulge and enjoy your delicious burgers while hot.
