A delicious and juicy ground turkey burger recipe enriched with flavor from mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the Burger Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the minced turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chopped fresh parsley. Gently mix the ingredients together until they are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the Patties: Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Heat the Olive Oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers gently.
  4. Cook the Patties: Once the oil is hot, add the turkey patties to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let Them Rest: After cooking, remove the burgers from the heat and let them rest for 2 minutes.
  6. Assemble and Serve: Serve the juicy turkey burgers on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For best results, do not overmix the turkey mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
