Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until well combined.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the cottage cheese mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
