Delicious multi-layered bars featuring a graham cracker crust, chocolate and butterscotch chips, and sweetened coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and shredded coconut evenly over the crust.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the layers.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a cup of coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
