A nostalgic dessert packed with layers of sweetness from graham crackers, chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, and nuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the sweetened shredded coconut evenly over the crust, then layer with chocolate and butterscotch chips.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

These bars can be enhanced with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
